All That Ivy Removal

WHAT- Join the Johnson Creek Watershed Council for a thrilling day of removing ivy and holly in a three-acre private forest along the creek! This site features a steep hill and restoration activities here are not appropriate for those with mobility issues. Contact [email protected] for info on jobs that keep you away from the hill!

WHERE- 12020 SE Foster Place. Street Parking available. This is a private property, please be conscientious of our neighbors! Need bus tickets? Let us know!
WHAT TO BRING: Our events are rain or shine! Please dress for the weather: Layers, sturdy shoes and pants, and feel free to bring a water bottle or coffee mug to fill up. We will provide snacks, beverages, tools and training.
WHO: Everyone is welcome-if you are under 18 and are planning to attend without a parent or guardian, your parent will need to sign a waiver which you will bring with you to the event. Contact [email protected] to get this waiver!
Not all volunteer positions are planting jobs! We have jobs for multiple abilities. Typical jobs include: Helping people sign in at the registration table, photography/videography, and litter pick-up are typically other options.
