WHAT- Ivy is going DOWN! Join us on a CreekCare landowner’s property to remove this tangley invasive from a high-potential landscape right on Johnson Creek near SE Foster and 120th. The neighboring property went through this process 8 years ago and their land had a healthy native seed bank sleeping in the soil, and it is BEAUTIFUL now!
WHEN- Saturday, July 14, 9am-12pm
WHERE – Address to be distributed upon registration. Register by emailing [email protected]
WHAT TO BRING: Dress for the weather, wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, bring a water bottle, and be aware that we will be working on a very steep slope. No experience, training provided! We will also bring tools, snacks, and coffee!
WHO: Everyone is welcome-if you are under 18 and are planning to attend without a parent or guardian, your parent will need to sign a waiver which you will bring with you to the event. Contact [email protected] to get this waiver!
