DESCRIPTION:Grab a pint and explore the wonderful world of Powell Butte’s bird population with us! Tom Virzi\, PhD\, Executive Director of Conservation InSight\, will discuss the ongoing grassland bird surveys taking place on Powell Butte\, how the surveys have informed management of the park\, and the future of the program! \nThis event is free to attend\, but please be prepared to purchase a drink and/or food to support Double Mountain Brewery. Thank you DMB for hosting us!! \nSpots are limited! RSVP is required to attend!! \nClick here to RSVP\nWhat: Powell Butte Bird Surveys Pub Talk \nWhen: Wednesday\, March 18th\, 5:30pm-7:30pm. The talk will take place from 6pm-7pm\, but we recommend arriving early to grab a spot to sit and order food and drinks! \nWhere: Double Mountain Brewing\,4336 SE Woodstock Blvd\, Portland\, OR 97206 \nWhat to bring: Yourself! And some money to spend on yummy food and drinks! \nWhat we provide: We can provide bus fare to and from the event. This is an all ages event! \nHealth and Safety: We will follow current Oregon Health Authority guidelines. Masks are not required\, but encouraged in indoor spaces where social distancing is not possible.
