Entered from Powell Butte Heights on the water bureau road, exited via Anderegg Trail. Upon exiting, noticed all parking lots full, cars circling for a space with more cars coming up the hill. Cars were parked all the way down the road to the main entrance on Powell. This is a narrow, windy, steep road and is signed as No Parking. And it’s not even summer yet! Or spring, for that matter.
