I’m so glad the temperature cooled down before I came out today! Perfect overcast day to work. I spent a little time chatting with a small group about the homeless issue on the Springwater Corridor after I had done my usual garbage sweep – I got 3 small bags this time around.
I walked clockwise around the perimeter this month, pulling a few blackberry plants as I saw them. My main focus ended up being along the south hillside, freeing up a few trees from ivy starting at their base and clearing a large area around them as well. Pretty satisfying. 🙂
