From our starting point, the survey area was easy to navigate. both in terms of walking along the bank and ease of walking in-stream segments of the creek. The water level was reasonably low and the stream current was manageable. The water clarity what’s fair enough see the creek bed. Several species of birds were observed. Concerns to be aware of are the abundance of trash littering the creek, likely washed in from a previous flashing event.
