Most of the beaver activity was on the Liberty Ave end of the reach. Small dams, chewed material, slides were abundant. At the eastern end we had to leave the stream when we encounteder barbed wire fencing across the creek. We backtracked to the Schact house and surveyed from the banks. No beaver activity at this end.
